Adam has been working with Oracle Service Cloud for over seven years and has been part of over 40 implementations and projects using the platform.

His attention to detail and knowledge of the platform ensures that he is best placed to offer first-class advice and support to prospective and current customers – such as Xerox and Network Rail – using a consultative approach to understanding their business needs in detail.
