Patrick is a serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience of leading successful and innovative organisations. His background in service and technology innovation, strategic planning and business development led him to launch our parent company Connect Assist in 2005.

Patrick regularly lectures on service delivery and is a leading consultant on a range of high-profile business matters including contact centre provision, digital services and customer services.

Throughout his career, he has established 14 organisations, many of which are still successfully trading today. Patrick now combines his extensive expertise in customer services with cutting edge innovation to improve the customer experience for businesses across many different sectors.
