With over seven years of experience of business systems analysis, Stephen has the necessary expertise to examine and evaluate each of our customers’ situations to provide a solution that will meet their requirements within budget.
Breaking the ‘IT guy’ stereotype, Stephen is a sociable and effective communicator in all areas and at all levels. Working in our team allows him to use his professional technology expertise, while building customer satisfaction and quality services.
Stephen spearheads our Professional Services team to provide, configure and customise new Oracle Service Cloud installations. He supports our customers, project managing and developing the company strategy to stay ahead of the curve in delivering quality and cost-effective solutions to our customers.
